Project Engineer / Manager
Tobolski Watkins is looking for a brilliant project engineer / manager with 8-12 years of experience in independent execution of engineering designs and evaluations. At a minimum candidates shall have an MS degree with California PE (SE preferred). Applicants must be proficient in design of concrete, steel, masonry and light gage systems as well as highly proficient in computer analysis packages. OSHPD and DSA experience preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills. Business development experience a plus.
