Tahoe Forest Hospital Chiller
Tahoe Forest Hospital required replacement of the existing chiller facilities. To meet a limited on-site construction season and provide a more cost effective system, a modular system by Stellar Energy Systems designed.
Tobolski Watkins acted as the SEOR for this unique OSHPD project. The modular plant was designed as an occupied hospital building enclosed using structurally insulated panels. Detailed consideration of nonstructural anchorages was considered, including piping and duct supports.
The modular nature of this system required special attention to details to provide a system that could be erected on site in an efficient manner. Construction stage services are provided to ensure general conformity with the approved construction documents.
